The XR Turbine Servicing Training Program is an immersive, gamified training solution for new joiners and interns. Over a 30-minute interactive session, users learn turbine servicing through realistic simulations. This innovative approach has saved the company €200,000 by reducing traditional training costs and downtime, making it a highly efficient and effective training tool.
